Marketing Help That Feels Like an Extra Set of Hands

Running a small business means wearing a lot of hats. Marketing is important, but it often gets pushed to the bottom of the list when client work, family, and life take over.

That’s where I come in.

As your Virtual Marketing Assistant, I help you keep things moving behind the scenes, without the cost or commitment of hiring in-house, and without overwhelming you with strategy jargon. Think of this as friendly, reliable marketing support you can lean on when you need it.

Is this right for you?

You didn’t start your business to become a full-time marketer. You want your marketing to work, feel organized, consistent and supportive of your goals, but right now it probably feels like one more thing you’re juggling. Virtual marketing assistance is for you if:

You know what you want to say, but don’t have the time (or energy) to execute

Your website, emails, or systems need attention, and keep getting pushed aside

You’re tired of learning new tools and just want someone else to handle it

You want marketing support that fits your business, without a full-time salary

If marketing feels important but heavy, this support is designed to lighten the load.

How it Works

Icon of Number One

TELL ME WHAT YOU NEED

When you’re ready, we will schedule a 30-60 minute discovery call to talk about your goals, priorities, and projects you need help with. From there, we can decide how best I can help you.

Icon of number Two

SIMPLE ONBOARDING

I use a simple project management system to keep track of the details, tasks/approvals and conversations. All contracts, payments, and collection of brand assets (needed to do the work), are handled seamlessly through the same system.

Icon of Number Three

I GET TO WORK

You hand it off, I handle the details. While you are busy doing what you do best, serving your customers, I’ll take care of the busy marketing work behind the scenes, keeping you in the loop 100% of the time.

Lets Chat About Your Needs

Virtual Marketing Assistance is available at an hourly rate or as a monthly retainer for ongoing support. We’ll figure out what makes sense for your business and workload (hourly or monthly). No pressure, no long contracts, just support when you need it.

If marketing has been sitting on your to-do list for too long, let’s change that.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A Virtual Marketing Assistant is flexible marketing support you can tap into when you need it. Instead of hiring in-house and paying a full-time salary, you get hands-on help with things like email marketing, website updates, systems setup, and campaign support, without the long-term commitment or overhead of employee benefits.

  • Agencies often come with large retainers, long contracts, and lots of layers. This is more personal, flexible, and practical. You’re working directly with me, and support is tailored to your business, it’s not a one-size-fits-all package. If you only need help every few months, we’ll work that out!

  • Not at all. Many clients come in knowing something isn’t working, but aren’t sure how to fix it. We’ll talk through what’s feeling heavy, and I’ll help guide you toward the right kind of support.

  • Common requests include:

    • Email marketing setup and campaigns

    • Squarespace updates and content changes

    • Marketing system and backend setup

    • Launch or promotion support

    • Course creation - setting it up in an LMS or creating assets to support the course

    • Ongoing marketing tasks

If it’s part of your marketing and feels overwhelming or time-consuming, it’s worth asking about.

  • Both options are available. You can request help for a one-off project, or we can set up ongoing support through a monthly retainer. We’ll choose what fits your needs and workload best. My hourly rate is $55/hour. Monthly retainers can be more cost-effective if you anticipate regular/ongoing support.

  • No long-term contracts required. Hourly support is available as needed, and retainers are flexible. The goal is support that works for you, not locking you into something you don’t need. And if we don’t jive for any reason, you don’t want to be stuck in something that’s not mutually beneficial 😊

  • This isn’t full-service marketing management. Think of this as hands-on support and implementation, helping you execute, maintain, and improve what you already have in place.

But…if you are looking for more strategic marketing consulting, I can definitely discuss that with you. I have more than 2 years of Marketing experience across a variety of industires, including corporate workplaces. Depending upon my workload, we may be able to work something out that is more involved and includes strategic consulting and direction.

  • Absolutely. Many clients continue working with me after a website build or branding project to keep everything updated, consistent, and running smoothly.

  • Most support is focused on Squarespace, email marketing platforms, and Canva. If you’re using something else, feel free to ask and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.

I do have experience with WordPress, Wix, social media platforms, Google Analytics, Salesforce, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, LivingPlate RX, Coach Catalyst, That Clean Life, and Meal Garden.

  • I’ll review your request and follow up via email with next steps. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll set up a Zoom (or in person meeting if you’re local) to talk through your needs, timeline, and the best way to move forward.
