Need more support than your package includes? We can talk about adding additional time or taking on a larger project separately.

No. Monthly support is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Your retainer is billed monthly and automatically renews each month unless you let me know you'd like to pause or cancel. Please provide at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date to pause or cancel your retainer. Unused hours don't roll over or receive a refund.

While this is designed to provide hands-on support, helping you to execute and maintain what you have in place, I would be more than happy to discuss strategic marketing consulting.
I have more than 20 years of Marketing experience across a variety of industries, including corporate workplaces. Depending upon my workload, we may be able to work something out that is more involved and includes strategic consulting and direction.

Most support is focused on Squarespace, email marketing platforms, and Canva. If you’re using something else, feel free to ask and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.
