We will quickly polish the template of your choosing with your existing brand colors, fonts, logo and graphics, styled to fit your business. This is perfect if you already have your brand and just want us to set up and style the template for you, leaving the website copy for you to add in when we’re done styling.

Launch your website with one of our professionally designed Squarespace templates. You’ll receive everything you need to make it your own, including setup guidance, tutorials, and design flexibility that grows with your business. You just have to customize it, we’ve already done the hard part.

Within 48 hours of purchasing, I will send you a link to your Squarespace template via email. After you accept the invitation to Squarespace, your template will be installed in your dashboard. Immediately after purchase, you will receive access to our library of tutorials, so you can begin familiarizing yourself on how to update the design with your brand styles and copy.
02. Template Brand Styling
Best for busy entrepreneurs who already have a brand.
We’ll take your chosen template and style it to fit your existing brand, including your colors, fonts, logo, and images. You’ll get a polished, on-brand starting point ready for you to add your own copy and content are your own pace. We set the stage, and you fill in the story.

Prior to project kick-off, you will receive a bit of homework to provide the assets needed to style your template. This is required in order for us to style your chosen template. You should allow yourself at least 1 week to complete this exercise and gather your brand assets.
Once we receive your homework, we will confirm the kick-off date with you. Once the date is set, the template styling will take 3-4 business days to complete.
What We Don’t Do
With Brand Styling, we do not create a new brand design, rather we use your existing brand (logo, font, images).
We do not do layout changes on the chosen template.
We do not add your website copy or content to the template (headlines, body text, button text, etc.).
We do not connect any third-party or external services (email platforms, member platforms, scheduling systems, etc.).
We do not set up and connect your domain.
03. Template Brand Reboot
Best for small businesses ready for a fresh, cohesive look.
We’ll breathe new life into your online presence, from crafting your brand aesthetic to fully styling and setting up your template. We’ll add your copy (we don’t do the copywriting, you provide us with the copy), fine-tune graphics, and ensure your pages are SEO-ready and launch-ready. We handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on your business.

You will also receive a Website Content Planning workbook that must be completed prior to the start of any work. This guide will walk you through the copy needed for each page of the template.
You should allow yourself 1-2 weeks to complete these exercises.
Once we receive your homework, we will confirm the kick-off date with you. Once the date is set, the template styling will take 4-5 business days to complete.
What We Don’t Do
We do not take original photography of your business. You can provide these assets if you’d like them to be used in the template.
We do not do layout changes on the chosen template.

04. Squarespace Site Refresh
Best for those who already have a site, but know it could shine brighter.
If your current Squarespace site needs a little love, whether it’s better mobile design, updated SEO, or a more cohesive look and feel, we can help. We’ll review your existing site and make the updates needed to help it look and perform at its best. Sometimes a refresh is all it takes to feel brand new.

We can work with you to develop a digital marketing strategy based on your growth and/or brand goals. We will start with a consultative strategy session, develop a strategic marketing plan, and discuss the length and complexity of the project based on the plan. The cost will either be billed at a project-rate or an hourly rate (starts at $55/hour) and will depend upon the scope and length of the project.

If you love to DIY or are on a tight budget and just need a starting point, a Squarespace template is perfect. If you don’t have the time or expertise to try and DIY your template and don’t want to make any major changes to it other than style, then I’d recommend the Template Brand Styling. If you don’t have a brand style guide but would like help creating one and would like me to input your copy for you (I don’t write it, but I’ll add it to the template), then the Brand Reboot is best for you.
If you already have a Squarespace website that you’ve recently launched, but need some help getting it to 100%, our Site Refresh option is great.

Prior to project kick-off, you will receive a bit of homework to help guide the brand design process and/or marketing systems setup.
If we’re doing template styling work, it is required that you provide us with your brand assets (logos, fonts, colors, images) in order for us to create your brand design and style your chosen template (if those are the services you selected).
You will also receive a Website Content Planning workbook that must be completed prior to the start of any work. This guide will walk you through the copy needed for each page of the template. We even include some AI prompts to help streamline this process!
You should allow yourself 1-2 weeks to complete these exercises.
Once we receive your homework, we will confirm the kick-off date with you and discuss how long your project will take to complete.

That depends on the service! Template styling projects usually take up to 3 business days once all your content is received. Brand reboots are often wrapped up within a week or five business days. Other services will depend upon the project details.

Yes. A 50% deposit reserves your project spot, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

That’s great, that means you’re already familiar with Squarespace! There are a few options for you in this scenario. First, you can choose a brand new template to overhaul your existing site. Or, if your Squarespace website is fairly new but just doesn’t feel polished or finished, we can update your site with our Site Refresh service.

No, I don’t typically provide or write copy for you. I’ll guide you through planning your content using my Website Content Workbook, and I can provide light copy refinement for SEO optimization purposes. If you want full copywriting support, let me know in the project request form and we can discuss next steps and how to meet those needs.

Yes! Brand Styling is built into our Brand REboot service. I’ll help you define your color palette, fonts, and overall visual identity so your website feels cohesive and polished.

If you need help setting up additional marketing systems, submit a project request form so we can discuss what systems you need help with. We can help you set up Squarespace marketing tools, but if you’re looking to connect your third-party tools, we can provide guidance on where to find the embed codes to include on your Squarespace site.

Not at all! I’ll walk you through the basics and provide tutorials so you can confidently manage your site after our project wraps.

You’ll receive post-launch email support for minor questions or tweaks. For continued help, we can discuss additional design hours or a mini refresh later down the road. I do offer Marketing Systems setup, which is most often billed at an hourly rate. Submit a project request form if you need additional work beyond what your project has scoped.
